Gymnastics is HARD! Teaching skills under the current code takes a lot of planning, patience, and the ability to break down skills into smaller parts. Whether it's breaking skills down into manageable and teachable parts and/or helping those interested find conditioning and/or flexibility exercises that help make the learning process less stressful, we're here to help. AND... If we don't know, then we'll find out.
